CARICOM SG to deliver Sir Arthur Lewis Lecture

CARICOM Secretary-General Dr Carla Barnett will deliver the Sir Arthur Lewis Virtual Distinguished Lecture on Tuesday 26 April, from 6:00 p.m. Eastern Caribbean Time.

The Lecture, hosted by the University of the West Indies Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Hilary Beckles, will be held under the theme, Sustained Economic Recovery Post Pandemic: The Lewis Model.  It will be chaired by Professor Aldrie Henry-Lee, University Director, Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies, SALISES.

The annual Lecture is held to honour the memory of Sir Arthur Lewis, Nobel Laureate in Economics, who made a significant contribution to Caribbean regional integration.

The Event will be livestreamed on the UWI TV Face Book page, and on the CARICOM You Tube and Face Book pages
