CARIBBEAN-FASHION-Regional fashion designers urged to apply for funding to participate in Dominicana

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, CMC – The Barbados-based Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) is urging regional fashion designers to participate in the Dominicana Moda to be held in the Dominica Republic in October. Caribbean Export said under the 10th European Development Fund (EDF), it would be collaborating with the organisers of the October 21-16 Dominicana Moda 2013 (DM2013) in supporting fashion designers to show off their collection during the Dominican Republic official Fashion Week. “Caribbean Export is highly committed to the development of the fashion sector in the region and seeks to enable opportunities such as these to engage relevant stakeholders and foster sector-wide integration.
