CARICOM SG and Institutions discuss the impacts of declining international development assistance

Executive Directors and other senior officials of Caribbean Community Institutions have updated Secretary-General Dr. Carla Barnett about the adverse effect of the current geopolitical developments on their ability to deliver essential services to the Region.

The developments were highlighted during a virtual meeting which the Secretary-General convened with Executive Directors and other senior officials of Community Institutions on Tuesday, 29 April.

CARICOM Secretary-General, Dr. Carla Barnett, delivered the keynote address Friday morning (14 April 2023) at the opening ceremony of a symposium to mark the 50th anniversary of the Caribbean Community being observed this year.

CARICOM, UN to strengthen cooperation at New York meeting

CXC managed nursing exams set for October 2014

Growing Caribbean digital media

The demands of today’s technology-driven world present a challenge to the Caribbean to invest in relevant development of its human resources. The Caribbean Examination Council (CXC), in response to this challenge, is launching the first CAPE Digital Media Syllabus to give students across the region the opportunity to develop skillsets necessary to create digital content and master digital media.
